Our mission is to celebrate, elevate and champion the powerful impact of employee resource groups in driving diversity and inclusion.

For more than four decades, employee networks and ERGs have played an important role in organisations. Today, their influence goes far beyond connection and community. As diversity and inclusion increasingly shape business success, ERGs have become vital partners in shaping strategy, culture and ways of working.

By amplifying underrepresented voices, ERGs create pathways for change and provide insight into the lived experiences, needs and ambitions of their members. They shine a light on workplace barriers and help develop solutions that foster equity, belonging and inclusion for all.

"I'm still a little lost for words. The Ability@SGN members came to celebrate the achievements of employee networks across the UK and never expected to win any awards, never mind two. Winning Best Ability Network was an incredible moment in itself, but to then be named Network of Networks completely blew us away.

It was an amazing evening and a real privilege to be recognised alongside so many outstanding networks representing different communities and causes. I'd like to extend our sincere thanks to the judging panel for their consideration, and to the Employee Network Awards team for creating such a powerful event that shines a light on the impact employee networks have across the UK.
