Employee Network Awards 2025

 

The 2025 Employee Network Awards, headlined by Haleon, took place on 1 October at the London Hilton on Park Lane, celebrating the remarkable work of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and the individuals driving diversity, equity, and inclusion across UK workplaces. Hosted by Dawn Butler MP, the evening recognised networks, leaders, and sponsors making a real difference.

Linda Riley, founder of the Employee Network Awards, said: "It’s inspiring to see so many networks and individuals pushing for real change. Their creativity, dedication, and leadership show that supporting employees makes workplaces stronger, fairer, and more innovative."

Centrica’s + Network won Best Network Initiative of the Year for its pioneering Transgender Inclusion Policy, while Nina Goswami from Clifford Chance was named Network Inspirational Role Model of the Year for her championing cultural change across law. Other winners included University of Wolverhampton’s Disabled Staff Network, EDF (UK)’s Young Professionals Network, Sky UK’s Parent & Carers@Sky, Entain’s BeYou@Entain, Virgin Media O2’s Enrich Network, Heathrow Airport’s Altitude Network, and HSBC Innovation Banking UK’s Well-being Employee Resource Group.

Leadership and sponsorship were also celebrated, with Luke Martin & Rosie Whitfield (Virgin Media O2) winning Outstanding Network Lead, Jacquline Alcindor (L&G) as Outstanding Executive Sponsor, and Tiernan Brady (Clifford Chance) as Head of Diversity of the Year.

The highlight of the evening was the Network of Networks award, sponsored by HSBC Innovation Banking, which celebrates the overall winner among the network category winners., it went to Everywhen’s Menopause & Menstruation Support Group for their outstanding impact in creating inclusive workplaces for employees at every stage of their working lives, championing wellbeing, visibility, and support.
